Jess completed her physiotherapy studies at The University of Notre Dame. She is passionate about using her physio skills and experience to help you achieve your goals. Whether you are an athlete looking to improve your performance or a grandparent wanting to be able to play with their grandkids, and everyone in between, Jess is happy to help.
Jess enjoys treating a variety of conditions including:
Acute sporting injuries such as ankle sprains, knee injuries
Chronic problems such as low back pain, neck pain
Rehabilitation following surgery such as total knee/hip replacement
Tendon-related injuries including Achilles, patella, elbow
Nerve-related pain such as sciatica, carpal tunnel syndrome
Jess loves putting on her Sherlock’s cap and working out complex cases, where multiple systems may be involved.
Outside of work, Jess was a competitive Olympic weightlifter and has represented Australia for several years. Working through her own injuries, she understands the importance of rehabilitation and returning to sport. Using a combination of hands on treatment, dry needling and exercise prescription, Jess strives to apply the best management for your injury or condition to get you back to living your best life!
Allana graduated from Curtin University in 2009, having studied Physiotherapy and Exercise and Health Science prior to that. She gained experience working with teams in the Western Australian Football League and Bayswater Rugby Club.
Allana brings with her a wealth of experience in private practice physiotherapy and provides a holistic, individualised approach to treatment. Her interests are in musculoskeletal disorders, particularly the hip, treatment of back and neck pain.
Women's Health Physiotherapy
Allana has a special interest and has completed post-graduate training in Women’s Health Physiotherapy. Allana can help manage the following conditions: urinary incontinence, pelvic pain, prenatal/postnatal care and pelvic prolapse. Being a Mum of 2 she loves treating new Mums and helping them work through the injuries and discomfort to the body that motherhood can bring.
Kelly completed her Physiotherapy degree at Curtin University. Kelly’s background in netball and volleyball, as well as sports training for various WAAFL and WAFL teams, has given her a keen interest in treating knee and ankle injuries. This includes, but is not limited to ligament injuries, persistent patellofemoral pain, repetitive muscle strains and injury prevention.
Kelly also enjoys treating tension-related headaches, to allow you to return to your daily life, without pain holding you back. She is focused on helping people return to the activities they love to do pain-free and confidently no matter what their goal or fitness level. Kelly uses a combination of manual treatment, rehabilitation programs and clinical Pilates to help her patients reach their goals.
Elliott completed his Physiotherapy degree at Curtin University. He is passionate about helping people achieve their goals and getting back to doing the things they enjoy. Elliott currently works with elite youth soccer players at Perth Glory Academy, where he has gained experience treating soccer injuries and helping players return to play.
