Steph graduated from Curtin University's GEM Physiotherapy course after completing the Bachelor of Health Science with a major in Human Anatomy and Physiology at La Trobe University.
She has worked with a diverse range of sports teams including the top roller derby team in the world, the Australian and Victorian Roller Derby League, men's and women's AFL, soccer and rugby.
She has a personal interest in keeping women strong and healthy throughout their life and helping them break down physical and mental boundaries preventing them living the life that they want. Steph has completed the APPI Matwork Pilates, ASCA Strength and Conditioning and SMA's Sports Trainer courses and is qualified to use dry needling to treat musculoskeletal conditions.
In her spare time she can be found rock climbing and mountain biking, and running women's mountain bike group rides to help encourage more diverse participation in the sport.
